Can’t fault anything about the experience. Wonderful massage and relaxing environment. Staff always helpful and welcoming
The pedicure was great and the lady was lovely. When I didn't sign up to the £1000ish pound loyalty offer the lady seemed to go a bit off which was disappointing. But apart from that I enjoyed the pedicure.
Long story short, they moved my appointment 4 times, I took the day off to accomodate the new time and then they called me at 12 o'clock on the day before my holiday (when I had already travelled into Manchester) to say they couldn't do it. I had to find another appointment for a blow dry and my hair remains uncut. I complained to the reception and on email and no one even bothered to come back to me. It's such a shame because Scott is a great hairdresser - but if you like good customer service, this place may not be for you!
