I was very pleased overall and look forward to booking again with house of Evelyn - it is certainly the best attitude and care I have received from staff at any kind of pamper session- I arrived exhausted and very stressed and although there was a technical error I was taken care of and left to feel it was not an inconvenience to serve me - much appreciated.
