Everything was perfect from start to finish. Front of house were very friendly, took my coat and offered me a drink as soon as I walked in.
There was no waiting around (although at no point did I feel rushed); Adrianna promptly took me through to the treatment room and thoroughly explained what the treatment involved and confirmed what pressure I liked (I had a deep tissue massage).
Can I just say that the massage was AMAZING. She continually checked that I was happy with the pressure and she definitely found every single knot. I’ve had deep tissue massages at the ‘luxury’ hotel spas in manchester but this was easily on another level.
My back/ shoulders feel so much better and I will without a doubt be returning shortly. All the staff members I spoke to gave a 5 star service.
