Second time visiting House of Evelyn and the wax was great. Lovely staff made me feel comfortable and at ease with almost no pain! Also, beautiful decor!! Would definitely recommend!

A really nice salon. Clean and beautifully done inside.
I had a leg wax. The beautician was really lovely, but afterwards there were quite a few patches on my legs that she missed. I’m a little annoyed she didn’t check that she’d got them all. For legs, they use a wax that comes inside tubes because apparently it’s more hygienic. The problem is that a) the tubes run out quickly. I think she missed patches because there wasn’t enough wax. And b) this creates a lot of plastic waste. The tubes are only small - she used about 3 on my legs. So that’s a lot of waste going in the bin! Given the cost, I’m not sure I’d come again. I would have expected a bit more attention to detail.
The customer service is great though. They put you at ease, and they let me move my appointment at the last minute when I wasn’t well.
