Staff were a bit giggly behind the counter which made me feel uncomfortable. treatment wasnt very thorough. not a luxury experience

Great as always. Booking was delayed but they let me know with in 10-20 minutes of me booking - with me booking the appointment being 3-4 hours later the same day. So they were pretty on top of things. I didn't end up getting the stylist I originally booked with but the one I got was great anyway. Craig was friendly, professional and relaxed.
