I was booked in for a full leg wax and Hollywood. The salon as you walk in is amazing and you are made to feel very welcomed. I was made to wait 15 mins for my Appt as the treatment room wasn’t ready which was an issue to me at the time. The treatment got underway and was probably one of the more painful waxes I’ve ever had. There were times when the waxing strip wasn’t a clear pull where the gloves the therapist was clearing were sticky and the strip too full. This has left me with some very sore red marks on my legs, even two days later. I then suspect because we started late, the therapist realised we were out of time due to closing and therefore I have large parts of my Hollywood wax which hasn’t been done. I paid through treatwell but I had also called in advance and asked if I could have a small extra treatment and discussed I would be happy to pay on the day for this. At the end of the appt I was told it was £20. When I looked at the receipt it was earmarked down at £12 so I have overpaid for something I am not quite sure what?
Despite the nice interior etc I feel very let down by the salon and I will not be returning and nor would I recommend.
