I really wanted to like this treatment as the salon looks so beautiful and professional from the outside and on the inside. Here’s why the treatment only receives 2 stars: I have booked the spray tanning treatment including an exfoliation. In my usual salon the exfoliation is not offered, so I was happy to pay extra for that. However, the “exfoliation” consists of receiving an exfoliating mitt and exfoliating yourself. The stylist then exfoliates your back. The treatment: I was not asked what shade of a tan I want, the stylist just started spraying - fair enough. After we were done I was told to dry myself and was not told for how long - is 1 minute is it 10 minutes? Not sure, because the stylist has left the room without even saying goodbye. Hence why I did not receive any aftercare information, which is extremely important to that treatment. No showering for at least 4 hours and no soap or shower gel for at least 8 hours. The stylist was very nice but did not take the time to consult properly unfortunately.
