I came for my hair colouring appointment at 12.45 today to be told that it was at 11. I had only receive confirmation texts off House of Evelyn for an appointment at 12.45, both times after my booking and on the day of the appointment. The receptionist only apologize for the wrong text to be sent out and did not offer any service recovery after I said I couldn’t book in for the next day. Terrible customer service. Do not bother coming here.

Would not recommend anywhere but here. The wax is so natural and skin friendly. Been to a few places before here and can safely say it’s the best in Manchester. Faye is a fab beautician, so personable and friendly. She makes you feel so comfortable.
