The venue is exquisite but sorry to say it was one of the worst facials I’ve had. Really small things like not enough production being used so therapist was dragging/pulling on my skin especially when using cotton pads. Product not being spread evenly or over entire face. Didn’t really feel like skin was being nurtured and seemed to be that applying loads of serum at the end was supposed to be the big finish. I washed it off when I got home. Skin didn’t feel like it had been given a treat.

I loved both my hair and my make-up. The staff couldn't do enough for you from the second you walk in. The whole experience was just brilliant and I can't wait to go back already :)
