At the entrance there was a therapist doing nails and she was unwelcoming, I felt like I was bothering her. My appointment was late because the other therapist was eating and chatting with a friend/boyfriend. Really bad experience. I'm really sorry because previous experiences with Lorna have been great.

I m really sorry to leave this negative rewiew. I did a gel manicure the nails began to scratch after 3 days…. Normally a gel manicure lasts for 2 weeks ( this is not my first so I know…) I don’t recommend for nails… maybe the other treatments are very good.
