The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The lady who performed the treatment started squeezing out my small pimples (which was not the purpose of the treatment as I came for electrolysis to remove facial hair) without any previous explanation which left me perplexed (she even put the needle inside one of the pimples). My skin was perfectly calm awaiting next facial. Now I feel that the small spots are irritated (not the area of hair removal but the areas where my pimples were squeezed)

At the entrance there was a therapist doing nails and she was unwelcoming, I felt like I was bothering her. My appointment was late because the other therapist was eating and chatting with a friend/boyfriend. Really bad experience. I'm really sorry because previous experiences with Lorna have been great.
