The beauty therapist was very nice but unfortunately my Hollywood wax, while quick, was quite a bit more painful than it usually is for me and strip wax was used for most of it rather than hard hot wax as advertised. The eyebrow wax was a lot less painful but a bit untidy with a few stray hairs left and the tint a bit uneven. The venue itself was nice and comfortable.
