The salon had a lovely atmosphere and decor, and I was seen by the owner, who was a lovely person, however, I was disappointed by the Hollywood wax.
Firstly, the wax was done using strip wax instead of hot wax, which was very painful, and secondly, some patches of hair were left, which I didn't initially notice but then had to remove myself when i got home.
