Lorna was understanding and accommodating when I turned up on the wrong day accidentally. The bikini wax was great - highly professional with a real attention to detail. She offered me advice on what suits my body and hair type and when I should be exfoliating. All around a good experience - would highly recommend. I will certainly be going back.
