Was really looking toward to visiting as advertised as being a relaxing space that’s welcoming and nurturing but really didn’t get that experience! Quite cold and rude greeting when I arrived which made me feel quite awkward and uncomfortable. Appointment started late and ran over quite a bit - treatment was good but both eyes are very uneven - tried to call to see if it could be fixed as I had to get a flight the next day and was told they would call me back and heard nothing.
