Before I was even at the bottom of the stairs I received a lovely warm welcome. I'm quite a nervous waxer (I'm quite sensitive!) but was immediately put at total ease. Easily the least painful wax I've ever had. Great value even outside off peak hours. The most wonderful, friendly, understanding customer service you could hope for. Thank you! Genuinely looking forward to returning.
