It was my first wax in a while so was understandably dreading it, but Chanel was so lovely and put me at ease straight away. Wax was no where near as painful as I was expecting - Chanel clearly was very experienced and understood how to treat dark haired girls! Will definitely be back

Just super. Today was my first time going here for a Hollywood having been to many other places and it was by for and away the best experience I’ve had. Lorna was very professional, had good chat and perhaps most importantly brilliant at doing a (relatively!) pain-free wax that didn’t leave a hair. Will definitely be going back!
