Lorna is really lovely and bubbly. A pleasure to talk with. However, while I booked a hot wax and was told that some of my treatment would be done by strip wax, most of the treatment was done by strip wax. I'm not sure if this is because it is cheaper and/or faster, but unfortunately it's not what I wanted (and hurt a little more than the hot wax).
