The venue was very luxurious, welcoming and warm. Lorna was incredible! Made me feel at ease immediately, was very experienced so the wax was honestly perfect (quick, thorough). She is such a warm, chatty person so there was absolutely no rushing away or hurrying me out for another client for example. Highly recommend!
