I had to change times twice due to being stuck elsewhere and it was dealt with quickly no complaints. I arrived and was welcomed and taken straight to have my hair washed. It felt nice also. Then straight into the chair for a blow dry. I was offered a beverage also. She did some amazing soft curls. It was good value.

The lady that normally does my lashes wasn't there. So the other beautician did the eyelashes color too, without asking, and which i never booked, and then tried to charge me for it. Also for the first time the product burnt the skin and i had crusts under my eyes.
