Went for full face wax including eye brows, first of all the lady simply had no idea on how to shape eye brows!!! Full face means full face but she doesn’t know the meaning as she at first just did my cheeks upper lips chin but I have small hairs on nose so I had to say please do it. When you wax eye brows you really need to be an expert in shape, when I looked in the mirror my reaction was wtf!!! Then I had to ask her please balance it as it’s totally out of shape. Not gonna be back.

My tinting was fine, but I had to stop her short with eyebrow threading as the quality was too poor. She clearly was not expert in threading but she mentioned that it was better to wax brows, so maybe she is better at that.
