I was greeted with a nice welcome and the stylists were perfectly friendly, but the atmosphere left much to be desired. The place can definitely do with some love and attention, wallpaper peeling off walls, sellotape trying to hold things together etc. Probably not a good sign when your friends & partner can't even tell when you've had your haircut! So it felt like I had wasted my money even though I asked for it to be styled differently/cut shorter.
