Eyebrows threaded to perfection! Venera was very patient with me as my brows were highly sensitive, and my upper lip hairs were sparse. Extremely pleased and will definitely be returning.

Verena was nice and welcoming, however I am very disappointed and upset with the state of my eyebrows. It was only after fully looking in the mirror that I realized that she completely waxed off both the ends of my eyebrows and left me with a wax burn around my right brow. Maybe her threading service is a lot better than her brow waxing service, but I’m basically screwed. I am really devastated.
