Booking process was really easy and convenient. When I arrived Jade was ready for me. Access to the treatment room was slightly restricted as there was a trolley with equipment on it near the entrance of the hallway. There wasn't much space between the trolley and the wall to get past to then go into the allocated treatment room. Could the trolley have been located somewhere else where it wasn't an obstruction to customers and staff members?

There was an issue with the Treatwell booking showing on the salon’s diary system but Desi helped to find a solution and I had my treatments as scheduled. I’m really happy with my waxing and would visit again. (If you book treatments the day before, I’d suggest ringing the salon to confirm they have your booking to ensure there’s no issues).
