I booked an appointment to have my BIAB nails removed, but accidentally selected shellac instead. This wasn’t an issue for the salon, and I had also paid £8 in advance. Communication was quite difficult, as the nail technician struggled to understand what I wanted. I eventually had my BIAB removed and asked for a strengthening top coat because my nails were weak. Unfortunately, during the appointment, the technician cut my skin with the nail clippers, and my finger has been painful ever since.
