There was an issue with the door on Sunday that’s why they rescheduled it to another day which is understandable. however just before my rescheduled appointment they changed the manicurist without informing me which felt not so right. The other manicurist was fine as well however if I’m booking for a specific manicurist and if they are rescheduling it they should have informed me.
