I’ve loved this studio for months, but today’s service was deeply disappointing. My technician seemed inexperienced; she used the e-file's max setting for BIAB removal (which hurt) and a overly abrasive file. The shaping was left wonky with splinters, layers of BIAB were left behind, and she skipped the Russian manicure steps entirely. Even after I asked her to fix it, the redo was rushed and incomplete. For a salon I trust, this deeply disappointing experience truly ruined my visit.
