My appointment was at 12:30pm I was not called to sit down until 1:05pm. She was burning my nails with drill it was honestly so uncomfortable, rushing my manicure as I guess she was only left with an hour until her next client. The final straw for me was when asking for a color her telling me she didn’t have enough time and could I come back another day! I said no, & requested a removal n fix as I was just over it by then, she then tried to charge me for the full manicure! I will not be returnin
