Booked in advance and availability at that time but still 15 minutes late with no apology. My cuticles were butchered by the end of the manicure and, due to the lateness, the manicure was rushed.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! I got BIAB done, and the nail technician was incredibly skilled. She really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect, and I’m so happy with how they turned out. The shape and finish are exactly what I wanted.
