Brush glue was used for tips, so they ripped off the next day. Where nails were cracked, the biab wasn’t filed down low enough to fix them so many other natural nails have now cracked straight across just days later. Top coat wasn’t applied to full nails so parts of nails are shiny and others not. Very disappointed for the price

The manicure overall was good and the experience was ok. However, the French tips were not done very neatly — the lines weren’t very clean or precise. Everything else was fine, but I expected a bit more accuracy with the French design as it looks not really nice.

Had a biab infill manicure with shellac and pedicure with normal polish - pedicure took a little while longer than expected but was thorough and skin felt soft! Was initially I wasn’t going to be able to do my nail art (biab)due to time and it being a busy day for the team but my therapist kindly made it work and got so many compliments on both treatments after!
