Overall, I was a little disappointed with my experience. My nails were cut shorter than I had expected, and when I arrived, I wasn’t initially acknowledged. I also had to ask if my appointment had been noted, which was slightly uncomfortable. I’m sure it was just an oversight, but I would have appreciated a warmer welcome and a little more attention to my preferences.
