it wasn't a very relaxing experience. The washing machine was going I could hear all the staff chatting. There was no calming music. It was cold. I felt that the lashes were done with a more firmer hand than when I had it done with Julie. My eyes stang alot. I went back the next day because she didn't charge me for the treat well she charged me more and a refund was difficult so I came back for an eyebrow tint. Julie was there and I told her about my eyelashes - the glue was left on Julie sort
