She was very lovely and kind. The treatment was done very well and with a lot of precision. Also while doing a mask, she gave me scalp and neck massage which was very relaxing. Definitely suggested and will go again
Classic Facials
I booked an appointment for upper lip waxing and one of the stylists literally ripped a layer of my skin off leaving me with a 2 cm red scratch on my whole upper lip, which is then going to scar after. When I raised my concern, they deemed it as irritation while it was obvious from the pictures that the skin was literally missing. Would 100% not recommend, the stylists lack experience and customer service is dismissive.

This was my first time visiting but I had walked by the store front and thought it looked really nice. The esthetics inside are lovely, everything is new and clean. I did the classic facial which is my go to for when trying new spa places and it was honestly really great. Not just because my skin was literally glowing for days after but also because Ahliyah was so knowledgeable. I actually went out and bought one of her recommendations that same day. I will definitely be back for a hydrofacial
