Very disappointed. First time the lady who was going to do my nails was sick so we had to rearrange for next week which I understand it can happen. Then this week I was waiting outside the store for about 20 minutes and no one was around. It was closed. I had to call and be told that they try to find out what happened. Obviously I left and asked for refund.
