Really enjoyable day at Overstone with my mum on 23/03/14. We choose the Afternoon Tea package with the best and most relaxing 30 min back massage I have EVER had, a great facial and we upgraded a file & polish to a luxury manicure which was lovely and was so easily arranged (unlike some venues who cannot change any part of their packages). This bijoux spa has a relaxed atmosphere, combined the excellent facilities of the golf club including a really warm hot tub that neither of us wanted to leave! Our pampering session was completed by a fine afternoon tea of sandwiches, a fresh scone with cream and jam and some cake and a hot beverage. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel C who even kindly assisted with a problem on her day off. A top notch day. I am checking the diary to see when I can book another visit.
The staff and the treatments were the only uplifting experience. The spa appears to have been show horned in next to the plant room and the ambience is sorely missing. The Bar area was cramped and the tea & cakes was a pretty poor show on old crockery with a metal kettle and a tea cake that had seen better days in Asda. The staff were excellent and the saver of the day.

The venue was set in a lovely setting and the beautician was very helpful and did a good job of my waxing treatment.
Really enjoyed the Spa Day, very good value for money . I found it a very friendly place overall. I would definately go again ( soon hopefully) but would avoid buying the afternoon tea which was very disappointing!
Loved facilties accept one of the facilities were out of order.
The club house were fantastic very welcoming.
Better changing rooms no privacy in them they had one with a curtain.
Suprise thought would have a variety of people they were mainly old
The treatment were 60 mins not 72 mins
