The massage treatment was lovely on the most part, the staff were great and we even had hand picked chocolate from a local chocolatier. However, I would say the feeling of a spa directly contradicts the wetherspoons-feel bar next door which onlooks the pool area, which furthermore feels pretty invasive. The area did feel dated as well- theres a large crack in one of the plastic recliners and bits of the floor has come away.
Treatment was very good , how ever after the treatment we had nowhere to sit down and relax , pool area was absolutely packed kids was having swimming lessons , bar and restaurant area service was very poor tables were very dirty ,we had to ask waiters to clean them cause they were on their phone , they didn't care about the customers , I wouldn't go back there again
Loved the treatments, in particular the facial massage and head massage were very relaxing. We were made to feel welcome and were given clear instructions about how to access the various areas which meant we didn't feel out of place. I would recommend Overstone House of Beauty.

It’s a small venue with limited spa facilities but the treatments are bliss. We had a facial, scalp massage and arm massage and I couldn’t fault any of it.
It was great value I expect we will be going back soon.
