Ana was lovely and accommodating. Even though the address Treatwell provided took me to the wrong location and I was a few minutes late as a result, Ana was so nice and patient and gave me a great wax - thank you I appreciate it!

Amazing wax by Ana, didn't hurt hardly at all considering I haven't had a wax in ages. She did a great job of distracting me from the pain and making me laugh. Won't go anywhere else ever again!

I walked in the door and the first thing she says is “are you pregnant?!” I’m not pregnant, I’m a size 16 and just carry my weight in my stomach and then even though I had prepaid and that happened she still charged me for removal. She then cut my finger with the nail file and made me bleed. If I didn’t have an event tonight and hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out.
