I’ve always had a huge needle phobia, so the thought of getting Botox really worried me. Natalie was amazing from start to finish so gentle, patient, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, kept me calm the whole time, and honestly made the experience completely stress-free. I’m so happy with the results and can’t believe how comfortable she made me feel. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
