I've been coming to this place for about 6 years now. When I moved back to Canary Wharf it took me forever to find a place that I liked. I have very sensitive skin and coarse hair. I tried several other waxing centers and I was either left with very red, blotchy skin, ingrown hairs, or completely missed patches! . This place has the best staff, they greet you by name, and always take very good care of the waxing areas. I have yet to have a negative experience in 6 years and I do not use anyone in particular. All of their staff are knowledgable, friendly, and listen to your needs or concerns.
