I was running a little late (5 mins) and couldn't get through to the salon, so a walk in was taken before my appointment. They didn't try to call to find out where i was either. This meant i was seen 25 mins after my appointment time, to the therapists credit she was quick and managed to get everything done with just a few stray hairs. I would go back for further treatments.
