The wax that was used never fully dried and made the process far more painful than normal. The salon was not very clean and tidy even for me being the first person of the day.

The experience was okay, and it likely offers the best quality for the price in the Canary Wharf area. However, I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I was not asked whether I wanted my eyebrows trimmed. I had spent a few weeks growing them out, and I was disappointed that the beautician cut them so quickly without checking with me first.
