Last time I came, Coco told me that I should wait a bit longer in between waxes as it’s easier to wax when it’s longer. I saw Raji today, she said I’d have to pay extra for it as it is longer which I said no to. It took the same amount of time as usual so wouldn’t have made a difference to her. Her attitude throughout was extremely rude and I would be uncomfortable having a wax from her again. She also did not give me any privacy before or after to change.
