I was very disappointed with my appointment. I booked for 2:00pm, but the beautician took another client during my time slot, leaving me waiting 15 minutes. I knocked on the door several times but was completely ignored, with no apology or update. I had to stand in a very narrow corridor as there was no seating, and the toilets nearby smelt awful. The lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for customers made for a very poor experience. I won't be returning.
