I had such a great experience and couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her confidence and professionalism really stand out, and it’s clear she knows exactly what she’s doing. She was so thorough throughout the whole treatment, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love my brows — they look amazing! I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend.
