I was a little nervous about getting a 'proper grown-up' haircut as I don't regularly attend a salon and my hair was definitely in need of some TLC! However Danielle was really friendly and down to earth, and put me at ease straight away, giving guidance on colour options and advice on what shade they would fade to in time. I went for quite a bright red balayage and the bleaching/colouring process was great, Danielle explained what she was doing at each stage of the process which I really appreciated (side note, the bleach hasn't dried my hair out at all!) The cut and style was exactly what I wanted (despite me not being very specific!) - simple but stylish, and I left with a smart (but most importantly, low maintenance) cut & colour which is still looking fresh 2 weeks on. A huge thanks - I will definitely be back when it's time to refresh the locks!
