A year ago I started getting waxed for the first time and I stuck to the same salon because I felt too embarrassed and unsure about switching.
Last week I booked a last minute appointment to get a wax and Horizon was the best reviewed and available. I cannot rate the experience high enough.
I loathe to admit that I was ten minutes late for my appointment and yet was met with such kindness and warmth (something I personally think is sinful, if you run a business then people who are late cause a real impact to the work schedule yet the owner and therapists were still very kind and understanding).
The wax itself was great. Definitely less painful than my prior experiences. I was lucky enough to have had the owner as my therapist and could tell she had a lot of experience and skills in making sure of a fast, soothed and pleasant session.
No one likes getting waxed so every ounce of professionalism, warmth and skill adds hugely to your experience. I hope to return over and over and genuinely cannot recommend this lovely establishment enough!
