The staff were very pleasant, but I was sadly disappointed with my treatment. The hot stone massage was far too rough, despite saying the pressure was too much, and has left me with bruises on both my shoulders and painful muscles. The music was also too loud in the room, so it was not very relaxing at all. Unfortunately, the experience has put me off going for a hot stone massage here again, but I would return for other treatments.
