I went to this hairdressers because they were highly rated, and they did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly, it was comfy, well decorated, good ambiance. This was the first time I was having a fringe cut in and getting my hair dyed and I wasn't nervous at all because I felt I was in such good hands. 10 out of 10 would go again.

I purchased my haircut voucher at a really good, off-peak price (£15!). Perhaps I shouldn't be complaining given what I paid, but I did feel uncomfortably rushed since the moment I entered the shop. I was made to feel that I was not worth much of their time and attention and the haircut was done in 10 minutes which was the shortest cut that I have ever had in my life. I had some concerns about the finish so asked a few questions but felt the hairdresser (Gayle) was impatient with me that I started to feel very conscious of how little I paid for the cut and felt should just take it with my mouth shut. Would not go back.
