They were running late so I waited 25 mins to be seen. Then, the colour was left in for 45 mins before being washed out although I was told it would be left in for 30-35mins. I then waited 20 mins to have my conditioner washed out after a shampoo, which got pretty cold whilst waiting.
The staff were lovely and the root dye job excellent. Perhaps leading up to Xmas they were busier than expected.

I’m very happy with my haircut and colouring! I’ve been to Hops twice now and will definitely be going back again soon. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly.

Another great colour and cut by Anel. He always talks through exactly what he’s doing and checks that you are happy so there’s no surprises. The products he uses are the very best quality and to top it off, he makes a fabulous coffee too!

After a 1.5-hour appointment, I got home and looked in the mirror — my roots were still grey and white. I was shocked by the poor quality of the work. Absolutely disappointing and not worth the time or money. Pity, because at least the blow-dry was perfect.
