I booked with a stylist I had used before but was told on arrival that this would be changed - if I had been given advance notice I would have changed date or time to use the stylist I had booked. The stylist spent most of the cut trying to convince me to have it longer than I’d asked for, and then cut it significantly shorter, and did not seem interested in getting the result I wanted.
The haircut itself is good but not what I asked for, and it was not an enjoyable experience.

Tony gave the best blow dry I’ve ever had! Followed the brief, my hair looked incredible & I had so many compliments - a hair & makeup artist even came up to me to ask if I’d done my hair myself as it looked so good… had to tell her I had it done! 🥰
